Legit place - small menu which is superb - they concentrate on a few items with variations and make them mouth watering - veggie ramen soup base has a deep earthy flavor - noodles are chewy and generous - curry is super tasty - green tea is packed with flavor - staff friendly accommodating - great dining experience during lunch or dinner - highly recommended

Quick service, lovely casual atmosphere, I enjoyed my tonkatsu ramen with chashu pork and broccoli... And a perfect egg... Just soft enough, just firm enough, and wonderfully seasoned.

The tonkotsu ramen with pork belly is so amazing! The broth is rich without being oily and full of flavor. The pork belly literally melts in your mouth. My husband and I drive 2.5 hours just for this ramen. I grew up near San Francisco and this tiny shop in Ashland is the best ramen I've ever had!

First time coming here, and it was really nice! Staff was friendly and the food was good- it was filling! I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen with chicken and mushrooms, and my boyfriend tried the Miso Ramen with pork and broccoli- both were delicious! Also, try their Gyoza (appetizer), it's so good! Would come again!
